We used Amir Cohen's services to help us sell our house and buy our condo. He came highly recommended by a friend, and her recommendation was absolutely correct. Amir worked hard for us, really listening to our concerns and questions, and finding exactly the right condo for our retirement. Unlike some other realtors, he didn't push us into any decisions, being very respectful of our need to go slowly and really consider every option. If you’re looking for a Real Estate Agent to sell your house or condo, then Amir Cohen is the man for you!
We were looking to buy a condo and Amir happened to be the Listing Agent. Saw the condo, it was not for us, but we immediately got a good feeling by the way Amir handled himself. He said we should see as many condos as needed until we find what felt right for us. He was very patient and showed us many places but we always felt disappointed. Finally, we walked into a condo and knew we could live there and decided, “this is the one”! Never once did Amir try to pressure us into signing anything. He is a man of great integrity. We’ve heard many stories from friends about unpleasant dealings with realtors who were pushy and demanding, but this is definitely not the case with Amir. Whenever we contacted him, he was always prompt and efficient getting back to us and he held our hand throughout the whole journey!
Amir was aware that we had to sell our house, but never once did he ask about it or suggest that we list with him. We were so confident with him as our Agent, that we bought the condo and immediately listed our house with him and he sold it in a week in a “down” market. He went to great lengths to ensure the house was priced well and showed us comparisons in the area. We didn’t want to put an unrealistic price on the house and he was in total agreement.
We would not hesitate to recommend Amir Cohen as an Agent…. and he’s an absolute gentleman too!
